By accessing or using FINSAGE you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
FINSAGE is a technology marketplace. We are not a SEBI registered investment adviser or research analyst. We do not provide investment advice. All advisory services are provided by independently operating registered professionals who are solely responsible for the content and quality of advice they give.
All advisors operate independently. Each is individually registered with SEBI, AMFI, ICAI or FPSB India and is solely responsible for advice they provide. FINSAGE does not supervise, endorse or guarantee the quality of advice given during sessions booked through the platform.
FINSAGE is not liable for any investment decisions, profits or losses based on sessions booked through our platform. SEBI registration or any other professional credential does not guarantee investment outcomes. Investors must exercise independent judgement before acting on any advice.

To raise a complaint or concern, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@myfinsage.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and respond with a resolution within 48 business hours.
Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FINSAGE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
